Riedhammer received a total of three orders for new plants under the project “Digital Flagship Plant Radenthein” from RHI Magnesita, the world market leader for refractory products. With the realization of this project, the plant in Carinthia/Austria will become one of the most modern refractory plants worldwide.
 
At the heart of the new infrastructure are a high-performance tunnel kiln and a pulse-fired shuttle kiln for custom-made products allowing to fire RHI Magnesita’s high-tech products at temperatures of more than 1800°C. The plant will be completed by a drier for special products.
